I ran into some trouble while trying to order a maxi skirt, so I shot an email to the company. John, who didn’t provide a last name, helped me out by guiding me on how to get the skirt I was after. He even said, "order this item at the longest length option and let me know when the order is confirmed. Then, I'll go into the system and change the length to 'x'." I received the skirt yesterday, and it’s just what I was looking for—the ideal length to let some cool air hit my legs during those scorching New Mexico summers (we can hit 100 degrees Fahrenheit pretty easily). Huge thanks to you, John!

"Delivery Takes Forever"
The delivery was super slow. It took ages to get two (actually just one) tiny fabric sample. It also took weeks to let me know that one of the items I bought was no longer available.

I went for a fitting in London where I tried on a few jackets and waistcoats. Got some solid advice, and then I placed my order online. It showed up fast, just like I wanted, and the quality is top-notch. (From what I heard from another customer, you might not even need a jacket and tie for a fitting at The Caledonian Club.)
